Storytellers of Cedar Rapids continues Season 3 with another evening of authentic, heartfelt, and often surprising true stories shared live on stage.
Join us on Wednesday, November 18, for A Seat at the Table, an evening of stories about belonging, inclusion, family, community, and finding your place. From the tables where we’ve felt welcomed to the moments we’ve wondered whether we belonged, these true stories will explore what it means to make room for one another, pull up a chair, and be part of something bigger than ourselves.
No two Storytellers events are ever the same. One story may have you laughing out loud, while the next may move you or offer a new perspective. Every show also features live music from local artists and an opportunity for audience members to step up and share during Open Mic. We’ll update you with the November 18 featured storytellers and the local musician soon!
