We will be celebrating the fall harvest on the Urban Farm with free hot dogs from the Cultivate Hope Corner Store, kids activities and a hay bale maze, s’mores bar, live music, food and beverages from Groundswell Cafe, produce from the Urban Farm, and homemade products from our Youth Development Program students, such as zucchini bread, pumpkin bread, chocolate beet bread, and pickled vegetables.

The Urban Farm is located at 437 G Ave. NW in Cedar Rapids. Parking is available on F Ave. and G Ave. We hope to see you there!
